Our History
Cork holds a special place in the heart of the RedWater family—it is where everything began! The restaurant started out as Watermark Grille, and after renovations, it was rebranded as Cork in 2014. Since then, we’ve been offering a notable wine list with dishes to match and creating appetizing memories for our guests.
Whether you’re seated in our warmly lit indoor space or prefer to enjoy the breeze and picturesque views from our relaxing patio, our knowledgeable staff can help you find your new favorite dish or glass of wine.
