Nestled in Cascade Township, Cork Wine & Grille blends refined casual dining with a sophisticated, inviting ambiance. Open to the public, Cork offers a contemporary space perfect for both intimate dinners and relaxed gatherings. Following a major renovation in early 2024, the restaurant nearly doubled its seating capacity and introduced a stylish wrap-around bar. Whether you're dining in the warmly lit interior or on the scenic patio overlooking Watermark Country Club’s golf course, Cork provides a memorable experience with its exceptional food, drink, and setting.
Our History
Cork Wine & Grille holds a special place in the RedWater family’s history as the original restaurant where it all began. Initially opened as Watermark Grille, it was rebranded as Cork in 2014. A major renovation in early 2024 transformed Cork into a vibrant destination, featuring a beautifully designed dining room and a large wrap-around bar for socializing. The new covered patio offers a picturesque outdoor dining experience with scenic views of Watermark Country Club’s golf course. Additionally, the expansion introduced exclusive spaces like a lower-level lounge with a golf simulator and cigar bar, accessible through Social Memberships.

Cork is celebrated for its thoughtfully curated menu, featuring fresh seafood such as Faroe Island salmon and sweetie Thai shrimp, alongside a la carte prime steaks and elevated entrées. For more casual options, Cork offers handcrafted pizzas, sandwiches, and salads, ensuring there's something for every palate. Paired with an award-winning wine list and handcrafted cocktails, Cork is an ideal destination for both special occasions and everyday dining. The restaurant has been consistently recognized with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence since 2019.
