Vintage
For an elevated dining experience, Vintage is a private room inside Cork that offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a touch of sophistication. Enjoy premium steaks, fresh seafood, and an impressive wine selection, perfect for special celebrations or client dinners.
Sticks Lounge
Located below Cork on the lower level of Watermark Country Club, Sticks Lounge is open to everyone and designed for relaxation. Enjoy premium cigars, handcrafted cocktails, and a curated selection of bourbons and spirits. Sticks Lounge and the adjoining LiveGolf Studios simulator room are also available to rent for private events, offering a fun and memorable setting for gatherings year-round.
Larger Events
The event venue at Watermark Country Club offers everything needed to accommodate celebrations of any style and size, up to 450 people. The 25-foot ceilings, large windows, and patio access showcase beautiful views of our professionally maintained golf course that are sure to impress!

Book an Event with Us
If you are interested in booking an event with us, please fill out the request form at the bottom of this page, and a member of our Cork or RedWater Events team will assist in reserving your private room. With your private room reservation, enjoy top-notch, tailored service from our banquet team, as well as quality linens, audio/visual equipment, your choice of room setup, and stunning views.
Booking Timeline
Our team works best when we receive private dining and event requests at least one week before the event itself. We may accept short-notice event bookings at our discretion.
Menu Customizations
For smaller parties, you may order from our restaurant menu or offer your guests a limited version of our menu. You can also customize your party by ordering from our extensive RedWater Events banquet menu that best suits larger parties.
